At a young age, Rodolfo Valentin was a fashion model, recruited for fashion shows in Europe by hairdresser Alexandre de Paris known for his work with Grace Kelly, Wallis, The Duchess of Windsor, and Elizabeth Taylor. Back in his native Buenos Aires, Valentin has worked with Argentine celebrities and the Italian Sophia Loren.
During the early 2000s, Rodolfo open his second salon on Madison Avenue in New York. The press named him as a prominent New York society hairdresser, styling the hair of actresses such as Cathy Moriarty, the socialite Margo Catsimatidis, wife of John Catsimatidis CEO of Red Apple Group, the American gossip columnist Claudia Cohen, Susan Hess, a philanthropist and socialite,wife of the CEO of Hess Corporation, Caroline Kimmel, wife of the world famous billionaire filmmaker Sidney Kimmel, the Princess Maria Beatriz de Saboya, daughter of Humberto II, the last King of Italy, The countess Luann de Lesseps from The Real Housewives of New York City, among others.

Rodolfo Valentin is the recipient of the hair coloring techniques award. His New York City salon, the "New York salon and spa" is the winner of the Grand Design Award.
In the year 2000, his expertise in hair coloring and bleaching hair for hairpieces and wigs was noticed as far away as India. The Department of Economic Affairs of India hired him to teach his unique techniques.
