My first and only job since the age of 15 is working in a hair salon. Here I am, 30 years and 5 arm surgeries later, I still love and get paid for what I never called work.
I am a salon consultant, chemical specialist, and educational director. I am an authorized Brazilian Keratin with Collagen treatment educator, owner of Bella DiFelice BKT, and teach all salons nationwide on how to use this wonderful product. I have done hair and makeup for catalogs, photo shoots, hair shows, fundraisers, and have traveled to Europe doing the same. I never stop learning and still have always remained with an open mind and current in the beauty industry. It is my passion.
When teaching, my ability to understand the theory behind different hair straighteners and how to choose the appropriate one for the job, gives my students knowledge that was never learned in beauty school. Keeping them inspired with the newest hair trends is a trait that will follow them throughout their careers in this industry.
